We all know that being our very own personal accountant can be exhausting. But as a more connected and online world is emerging, technologies such as Mint enable many of us to have a laid-out picture of their finances.

Mint is a free personal finance app that brings user finances all in one place. Budgets, balances, and financial goals are all included. And just recently, Mint made an update.

Mint Update

Mint users have probably noticed a few changes in their app already. These new additions bring elements of the web version to mobile. The features include personalized Mint sights, an advanced month-over-month view of spending, net worth, and subscription monitoring.

Although these changes may seem small, Mint is continually updating its interface to keep up with other apps and online banks. Additionally, Intuit is beginning to integrate Mint with TurboTax. This integration is highly evident in Mint’s ability to track this year’s tax refund.

It is also part of Mint’s goal to stay relevant, especially since competitors are starting to spring even outside of banking and finance.
